"I will do my part to make Auburn, Washington, known as the place where the citizens are alert, safe, sober, law-abiding, and freedom-loving drivers. While in Auburn, I will employ only hands-free cellular devices, avoid substance abuse prior to or while driving, obey the speed limits, and drive defensively to an extraordinary degree. Until the SCAMCAMS are removed, we will together seek to starve them out through their disuse.”
